Jill Pilgrim is a dedicated community member, longtime resident, and experienced professional who has spent decades serving Old Lyme through education, volunteerism, and civic leadership. Now running for Zoning Board of Appeals (Alternate), Jill is passionate about preserving Old Lyme’s character while ensuring it remains a welcoming, vibrant place for all residents.

Raised two children in town, both graduates of the Lyme-Old Lyme school system

Currently a Real Estate Advisor with Sotheby’s International Realty in Old Lyme

Retired after 20 years of service in Region 18 Central Office and Connecticut College

Served as Administrative Assistant in the Special Services Department

Administrative Assistant in the Health and Counseling Office at Connecticut College

Co-Chair of the Admissions Committee for Hamburg Cove Yacht Club
Volunteer & Community Leadership:

25 years with Child & Family Agency of Southeastern CT (various leadership roles)

13 years as a Girl Scout leader

Trustee for Old Lyme Historical Society (7 years)

Held numerous leadership roles in PTOs across Mile Creek School, Center School, LOL Middle & High Schools
