Shaun Mastroianni brings a deep commitment to education, community service, and responsible leadership. A resident of Old Lyme, Shaun lives with his husband, Antonio, and their daughter, Sophia, who attends the local public schools. His family's legacy in education spans generations—his grandmother taught in Old Lyme for over 30 years, and both his mother and sister are educators.

Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and previously served on the Board of Education in Chester, Connecticut. He looks forward to continuing that service here in Old Lyme, working to strengthen the district and prepare students for future success.
