Committed to Community, Dedicated to Progress.
Vicki is seeking re-election as Town Clerk. She began her municipal work in 2008 in the Tax Department and then became the Assistant Town Clerk. She won her first election as Clerk in 2014. She possesses the requisite CT Town Certification and successfully manages that department. She is also a member of the pension committee for the town. Vicki has improved our land records to ensure easy access to the public. Almost all paper records are now online and the office has a user-friendly web presence. Vicki and her assistant are always a phone call away and accommodating. The COVID year was particularly challenging for voting, but Vicki stepped up and processed over 2,700 mail-in ballots without a hitch — all while performing the day-to-day activities of the Clerk. Outside of her official duties as Clerk, Vicki is a 35+ year volunteer for the Special Olympics. She is a former member of Junior Women’s Club and a Scout leader (Treasurer of the Lyme/Old Lyme Service unit). She lives in Old Lyme with her husband Steven. They have 2 adult children, Matthew and Sara.
