Dave has served on the Board of Assessment Appeals for the past four years, and has been president of the Rogers Lake West Shore Association for the past 17  years. He has deep roots in Old Lyme, and is familiar with the town and knows the Board of  Assessment Appeal procedure in great detail. He is the right person to  hold this important board position.
