Judy is a proud lifelong Old Lyme Resident, where she raised her three children, Christopher Kerr, Peggy Ames, and Denise Ogden. Judy has served as the Old Lyme tax collector since 1993 and has a collection rate of over 99%. Judy has a BS from the University of Vermont.
